Ensure that the interior and exterior of the community meet Denali’s safety and appearance standards.
Manage vendor services for communities such as landscape, snowplow, elevator maintenance, insurance policies & claims, sprinklers, etc..
Manage the maintenance of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems as required.
Develop short and long-term capital plans to achieve and sustain community goals.
Understand capital project requirements and bid leveling.

Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the industry, employment, and resident/tenant relations.
Attend Community Board Meetings, acting as management company liaison and community partner.

Partners, supports and facilitates projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Assists with management of project plans, research and analysis. Coordinates implementation of project plans and evaluates outcomes.

Job Responsibility

Assists the project initiation process by creating project timetables and tracking execution and workflow.
Aids the preparation of project status reports.
Assists internal and external groups to optimize success of project deployment.
Participates in communication with user departments and project teams on project activities.

Job Description:

- Follow direction of Building Superintendent, Property Management and Board of Directors

-Clean Property as Needed, to include but not limited to the following:

- Sweep and mop all hallway floors

- Clean all other common area surfaces with appropriate equipment and cleaning supplies

- Clean all elevator (3) surfaces with a appropriate cleaning agents

- Clean all common area glass with appropriate cleaning agents

- Distribute packages to residents as necessary during approved hours.
